Report wrong information, fake reviews, spam or illegal content here. We check every report and explain our decision.
You can also reach us by email: info@eloyellow-brasil.de.
Here you can report listings, reviews, deals, events, photos or accounts that are illegal or violate our Terms of use, as well as incorrect information, for example a business that has closed permanently. This notice and action procedure follows Article 16 of the Digital Services Act (DSA).
What you can report
- illegal content, for example insults, defamation, copyright or trade mark infringements, prohibited advertising or the publication of other people’s personal data,
- reviews that violate the Review policy or where there was no customer contact,
- incorrect or outdated information, fake businesses, spam,
- content that endangers children and young people.
If a listing about you or your business should disappear completely, use Remove a listing.
How to report
Use the report link on the content concerned, for example “Report incorrect information” on a business profile, or write to our point of contact: info@eloyellow-brasil.de. So that we can decide quickly, we need:
- an explanation of why, in your view, the content is illegal or violates our rules,
- the exact location, meaning the link to the page and, where relevant, which review or photo you mean,
- your name and email address, except for reports concerning child sexual abuse material,
- your confirmation that your information is correct and complete to the best of your knowledge.
For incorrect information or a closed business, a short note with the link is enough.
How we handle reports
- We confirm receipt by email if you have given an address.
- A person reviews the report promptly, carefully, objectively and without arbitrariness, usually within 48 hours. We block manifestly illegal content immediately.
- We tell you our decision, with reasons and information on how you can challenge it. If we use automated means, we tell you.
- If we restrict content or an account, we also inform the person affected, with reasons (Article 17 DSA). We do not tell them your name unless you agree or we are legally obliged to.
Challenging reviews
If a business denies that a reviewer was a customer or considers a statement of fact to be false, we follow the procedure in the Review policy: we obtain a statement and, where appropriate, proof, and then decide.
Challenging a decision
If you do not agree with our decision, write to us at info@eloyellow-brasil.de. A person will review the decision again. You can also go to court at any time. As a small company we are not obliged to offer an internal complaint-handling system or out-of-court dispute settlement under Articles 20 and 21 DSA; we still review your objections.
Criminal offences and threats
If we learn of a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of persons, we inform the competent law enforcement authorities (Article 18 DSA). In an emergency in Germany, call the emergency number 110.
Misuse
If someone repeatedly submits manifestly unfounded reports, we may, after a prior warning, stop processing their reports for a reasonable period.
Points of contact for authorities and users
You can reach our single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 DSA at info@eloyellow-brasil.de, in German, English or Portuguese. Further information is in the Imprint.
