Brazilian pianist and singer Eliane Elias performs with the WDR Big Band for the first time at the Kölner Philharmonie, joined by bassist Marc Johnson. Vince Mendoza, the big band's composer in residence, wrote the arrangements and directs a programme that brings together American jazz and Brazilian music. The concert starts at 8 pm, tickets cost 12 to 49 euros, and pupils, trainees and students under 29 pay 9 euros with Ticket28.
